Overview

Budovan is a smart workplace platform designed to simplify how people use office spaces—from booking meeting rooms and desks to managing access and navigating buildings through a digital twin.

Our role in the project was focused on the mobile experience. We partnered with the Budovan team to design and build the native mobile application that brings these features into users’ hands in a fast, reliable, and intuitive way.

The app connects to Budovan’s existing backend and building systems, including third-party services like Salto for access control. This allows users to unlock doors, manage bookings, and interact with their workplace directly from their phone—without the need for physical access cards.

The result is a polished, production-ready mobile app that fits into a larger ecosystem, improves daily workflows for employees, and makes smart buildings truly usable on the go.
